Refund policy

Refund & Return Policy – Mr Laddoo

At Mr Laddoo, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take utmost care in preparing, packaging, and delivering our products. However, due to the nature of food items, our refund and return policy is as follows:

1. No Returns on Food Products

Since our products are perishable and consumable food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds or replacements will be considered only in the following cases:

  • You receive a damaged or leaked product

  • You receive an incorrect product

  • The product is expired at the time of delivery

3. Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of:

    • The product

    • The packaging

    • The invoice or order ID

Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive and verify the complaint:

  • A replacement will be shipped or

  • A refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 5–7 working days

The resolution (refund or replacement) will be at the sole discretion of Mr Laddoo.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided if:

  • The product has been partially or fully consumed

  • Damage occurred due to improper storage after delivery

  • Incorrect address or customer unavailability caused delivery failure

  • Delay caused by courier partners beyond our control (while product remains intact)

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible
